New York Helicopter Charter Inc. requires 48-hours in order to change or cancel a Helicopter Tour reservation.
New York Helicopter sightseeing tour reservations canceled within 24 hours before their scheduled departure will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to the full purchase price of the original ticket.
No-shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
If you need to change or cancel your tour reservation with us, please provide us with 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled tour time and we will be happy to accommodate your schedule change.
Any passenger failing to board their flight will be considered a no-show. No refund will be made for any unused portion once any segment of a scheduled flight is used.
Group Tour Policies: there are NO refunds on group tours reservations, however it is good for 1 year and must be utilized.
